Keep an eye out for the entrance of the park otherwise you might end up in a private driveway. The park itself has quite a large grassy area surrounded by trees. This makes it quite a nice place for picnics since there is quite a bit of shade. There is a small walk that goes around the shore of the lake. There is also another walkway but it was closed when I went since it was breeding season for the birds.I came by to try out windsurfing on the lake.

Visited the park for the first time when they had a free event for children. Really loved it. Its not big, but has enough space for the kids to run around, there is a free BBQ facility, public toilets and picnic tables. Great view as well.

A small park, secluded and peaceful. Love the view of the lake.. we were the only family having a picnic. Just needs frequent maintenance and sanitation, many rubbish around..

I was heading to Sylvia Park but I log on to Sylvan Park, so coming out 125 Onehunga Mall, GPS had me going towards Mt Albert areond and high way 16 and making my way to Sylvia Park that was a waste of time going around when I could have just cut thru mangere and make my way to Sylvia Park, will go to Sylvan Park one of these days, kiora👌👌👌

The park around the freshwater lake Pupuke, a pumping station that used to supply water to the inhabitants of this part of the city, has been adapted into a theater. Walking paths. Water recreation - rowing, kayaking, canoeing, sport fishing, diving, but due to the dense vegetation, the water is muddy and diving is difficult and even risky. There are many stories, rare and those in the colonies, the most common being the black swan and ducks.

On the surface of Daisy Lake, swans, wild ducks and many unknown waterfowls are leisurely complacent and playful. From time to time, several tweets are heard, calling friends, and they are very cuteSailing a little bit in the distance, sailing together; The mountains around the lake are surrounded by greenery, and various wooden houses and villas are hidden in the green screen.A single high-rise building that stands tall and far away tells everyone that this lake is not far from the beach ...
