Radio/GPS unit failed in my Legacy. Went to Winger Greenlane where I had bought the car. Replacement would have been expensive but Kayla and David in Winger Service went above and beyond to find a solution. In the end, they arranged a repair with Subaru NZ, removed the unit and replaced it after repair at no cost to me. Fantastic and efficient Service. This car is the third I have bought from Winger, I wouldnt go anywhere else. Thanks also to Subaru NZ for their handling of this. They treat their longterm customers well

I bought an item for my Suzuki from the dealership and received poor customer service from the parts team when I asked for assistance after I tried to install it myself unsuccessfully. I drove my car back to Suzuki the next day to ask for a quick hand in pulling off some clips. The receptionist turned me away as I didnt have a prior booking. I then took my car to a nearby workshop and my problem was fixed in less than 20 seconds.

When you want good old fashion service. Normally I have a awesome time coming in to bring in my car when they text for me to bring in the car, this morning who ever is at the counter is clueless when it comes to dealing with every question I asked her she had no idea what to say, which frustrated me even more, didn’t offer any advice to deal with frustration. I will not be taking my car there any more, as who ever the receptionist need to work on her people skills, I come to get my car service and wof done and she looks at me like poor and uneducated man making me feel like I should be in there. And that what was the most frustrating, I had apologized to her when I sore and didn’t even reply back, if that’s the type person that’s going to be there I will no longer take my car there.

He kept me updated regularly once I ordered my car, and when it arrived (ahead of schedule), he spent a great deal of time explaining all the features. Today I took my partners Suzuki Swift RS in for a service. Very unimpressed with the customer service. Both desk people seemed to be very uninterested in why I was there and seemed to be very bored with their jobs.I felt rushed and definitely not a valued customer.Just a hint to the two people on reception today.There are a thousand people out there who would gladly take your jobs. With a smile on their faces.

Awesome Customer support.Purchased a 2021 Jimny (our first car) on December and was told to wait at least six months. Long story short, got the brand new whip last Friday (March 26), which was a surprise but a very welcome one.Staff was very easy to get a hold of and very accommodating about our enquiries. Dealing with Nilay was a pleasure, I needed a car and was set on buying one and was just looking at options. Kia and Haval werent so interested in what I guess they perceived as tyre kickers. Staff are well trained and helpful, cars are at a fair price for what you get. Our family have been buying cars from them both second hand and new for the last 8 years as required. And over this time these cars have been reliable and apart form normal service costs bullet proof. If you are looking for a family car low cost and low hassell try these guys.

Very poor customer service at service reception. I think Winger Suzuki Greenlane didn’t train their staff how to treat customers. Lady at the reception start making her own comments before listening to my whole conversation. Things which are still under warranty and suzuki is liable to fix those problems She said insurance didn’t paid to fix it. I’m trying to fix the same problem from more than one year, they keep making excuses and not fixing the problem.If anyone buying a brand new car from Winger Suzuki Greenlane please be in mind that you not getting any customer service afterwards when it comes to fix anything which is under warranty.

Had bad experience with them! car service very unprofessional on the service report said, cleaned air box ( but didnt cleaned it at all) and top up windshield washer (no top up) which you pay 6 dollars for it!, it all started with a change oil which look very black, they changed it and gave me explanations about why its black. but thats the reason why I checked the others stuff and thats what I found! be aware!

Worst customer service ever. I went there because my colleague recommend them. I bought a new vehicles, they got finance, drop me a car, promise crash course next week. Well, two weeks past I had no news and cannot even book to the service as its always unavailable and not replying to voice messages either. Dont get yourself in trouble as I, buy from other dealer. We walked into your car yard last week Sunday and after browsing for 15mins with no assistance (even though there was a salesman watching us) we decided we would leave. Dropped my wifes car off for annual service told approximately 2.5 hrs for service. Bang on the time given. They have great people to deal with ever since we purchased the car from them. We told them it would be our last car due to our age and they totally accepted that and there has been no pressure at all to upgrade . Extremely pleased with the service folks attitude to us. Always smiling and happy. The car purchased is a Suzuki swift sport. Havent taught the wife how to drive it in sport mode yet.

I have experienced excellent service in terms of the cars purchased from Winger Suzuki. Their approach has been thoughtful in terms of my needs and thoroughly professional. In fact it was a pleasant surprise not to be pressured and to be politely listened to. Car dealers have had to put up with a consumer impression that is not always flattering; in the case of Winger Suzuki they dispel that bad impression. I dealt with Trevor who was outstanding.

I spent the day recently visiting more than ten car yards in Greenlane and Newmarket. My first stop, and my final stop of the day were both at Winger Suzuki Greenlane. Late last year I visited and looked at buying a new car. Whilst the staff were not entirely unpleasant they seemed very judgemental and also two of the male staff lied to me when appraising my car for a trade in. They told me my Rego had expired, Warrent was overdue and I was out of diesel miles. What they didn’t realise is that I have eyes too and can also read the relevant information and none of it was true. I would never (and have never) driven are car with an expired Rego/warrent etc...Really was not impressed. Also one of the staff kept pocket dialling me on his phone and I had to ask multiple times for him to remove me as a contact.

Im writing two reviews, the first review is on Winger Suzuki Greenlane.5 star service, 5 star people, and 5 star vehicles.I dealt with Brian and Roy, must mention this is my 2nd time I have bought a car from Winger Greenlane.The reason I went back is because my first experience buying a second hand car from them was great, they made me feel important and listened to my needs, and this time was just the same and this time I bought 2017 Vitara turbo. Thanks again.I traded my 2011 Swift XS , great car and had the highest specs of any Swift for that year, never missed a beat in the 3 years. Hence was sold on Suzuki reliability.Wanted a bigger vehicle so researched many brands but after spending a few months reading reviews and watching reviews on you tube etc, kept on coming back to the Suzuki Vitara turboTested the Vitara turbo, was sold on it very quickly, the driving experience with that boosterjet 1.4 litre motor is a gem. 6 speed auto is great and cruising at 100 kph it revs at 1900rpm, no wonder I was getting 5.5litres per 100 km on my trip to Hamilton, the power that little motor puts out, you would think you are in a 2 litre.Comfort level was good and handling precise.So if you are wanting a compact suv you must test drive the Vitara, Suzuki has a true winner in this car.For all Swift Sport supporters, wait until they put the boosterjet motor with a 6 speed manual in the Swift, now that would be a real hot hatch.
